Most of our items are small parcels however for thinner items these are sent Large Letter and charged individually.

There are now 5 postage rates based on UK only, Europe, Zone 1 (Canada, Asia etc) , Zone 2 (Australia & New Zealand) and Zone 3 (USA)

Postage is based on weight and thickness of packaging so as you add items to your basket it will calculate the rate for you.

I have included a 10% weight allowance on each product to allow for the weight of packaging.

Covid-19 has caused overseas postage rates to increase substantially. 

For most orders (Clothing, Daisy Jean and Erstwilder) within the UK, I am now charging £4.25 which is for 2nd class signed for (small parcel rate).

This covers an insured value of £50. Orders over this value are sent at the appropriate rate. 

Oh So Flamingo and Mox & Co can usually be posted Large Letter rate. 

FREE postage is sent 2nd class signed for (small parcel rate) for orders £40+

 All UK small parcels are now trackable, I try to send tracking numbers after posting, if not please ask.

For Europe and Zones 1 and 2 the postage is based on a weight of up to 250g, 500g, 1kg and up to 2kg, orders over £100 in value are sent postage free.

Insurance values are up to now based on minimum of £50, three or more brooches will be insured up to £250 hence the increased postage costs

Please contact me if you are ordering products over 2kg in weight.

Items sent by Royal Mail 2nd class signed for include insurance for up to £50, orders with a higher value are sent at the appropriate rate.

Packages over 250g are sent overseas insured £250
