NEW RETURNS POLICY: UK customers requiring a full refund must return the item within fourteen days of receiving the order completed email (this will also be the date the item is dispatched).

Items must be returned in the same condition they were dispatched. Price labels must NOT be removed as this will void eligibility for a refund.

Please contact us by email with your name, address and reason for return and we will email you a return postage label which must be used within one week.
